Sarah has been in the fitness industry since 2010, spurred on to become a fitness trainer after giving birth and being on a personal mission to get strong again. She works as both a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. She loves training outdoors and facing the challenges of working with the environment in Singapore. Sarah has participated in several full and half marathons. She is also a big fan of kettlebells and is taking part in the Asian Kettlebells Championship 2013 as part of an all female team. She loves doing yoga to balance out the other sides of her training and to relax. Her Personal Training certification is through the internationally accredited American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Fitness Innovations.
