Over the past few years RUNFIT has turned coach potatoes into marathon runners (literally!), marathon runners into fast-paced 10km athletes and has also helped everyday individuals ignite and even reignite their passion for running! RUNFIT takes regular runners outside of their comfort zones by introducing intervals, Fartleks, stairs and hills and various combinations of each. Our large running group has travelled to various parts of Asia participating (usually competitively, but by no means always competitively) in 10’s, half’s and full marathons. We also always have a large contingent in the various races around Singapore.
