Come and experience UFIT’s unisex Conditioning Games for Rugby bootcamps. In the modern rugby era professional teams do a big percentage of their conditioning with ‘ball in hand’ using ‘small sided touch games’ to improve fitness and skills. Come and learn how these games are run and how they can benefit both your rugby and touch rugby game.

The sessions will be run by Level 2 Rugby Coach Chris Hodges who has a degree in Sports Science and worked as a S&C coach at premiership team Exeter Chiefs.
