My mom was a track and field star and my dad a football and baseball athlete. They taught me to love sports and that’s why I’ve always been passionate about it. I used to practice football and track and field (in sprints and javelin throw) in my high-school and university years. Now I enjoy any outdoor activity, especially hiking.
My personal fitness goal is to always keep improving! And also to climb the highest peak in South America:) Being fit means I’m in my best shape, I’m ready to do anything I set my mind on, and I’m feeling great. Being healthy means being fit and finding the right balance between different aspects in my life.
I’m really passionate about each and every training I design and teach. I always like my clients to have fun and a great time while they’re working out, motivating and encouraging them to give 100% every time. Watching my clients having a good time, putting all their full effort into each training, and seeing them improve as time passes by makes me so happy.
My favourite cheat meal:
Tacos!!! All the way.
My unknown talent:
Cooking!! Also, retaining not so useful information (not so proud about that though).
My biggest fear:
Cockroaches and injuries.
Best advice given to me:
If you really want something, don’t give up until you achieve it. No matter how hard it is and how long it takes, the reward will always be worth it.
