After Milly suffered a neck injury in her early twenties, she hung up her Trainers and turned to yoga & hasn't looked back since!
Milly has a background of practising Vinyassa Flow Yoga so it also brings elements of this to her classes. As well as a Qualified Hatha yoga teacher she also teaches Prenatal, PostNatal and Children's yoga teacher.
She aims to cater to everyone in her class, offering variations, adjustments & advice on alignment. She understands that everyones body is different & allows for that. She offers a total body work out or can tailor it to parts of the body that you want to focus on, such as abs, thighs, arms or bum!
