“I am a fitness enthusiast with more than 10 years of experience delivering fun, unique and efficient group exercise classes. I’ve conducted classes for participants from all walks of life. From mass workout sessions that include hundreds of participants, to small groups of individuals who are new to fitness, I handle them with ease and professionalism, while enjoying every class like a brand new experience.
I’ve also competed in numerous bodybuilding competitions locally and abroad since 2011 with outstanding achievements. I strongly believe in a drug-free approach to bodybuilding, and have advocated this stand strongly through competing and winning.
I am a strong believer of proper exercise techniques and execution. My personal core values are to inspire others by being an exemplary role model, never short-changing my students for what's worth their time, and that I should always deliver nothing but my best in every class. It is not about how good you are, but how good you want yourself to be. The best part about fitness is that you can never beat it in its game, there is always the next level in training and discovery of new methods in fitness training.
The reason why I commit myself in the fitness industry for so long is because the commitment I need to train my body not only applies in this sport but also in life. I believe that the best exercise for the heart is being able to lift others up and giving back to the society. Aside from fitness, I am also passionate about humanitarian causes, actively taking part in numerous local and overseas charity work.”
