HIIT is a fully programmed HIIT and Strength Conditioning class. Adopting the principals used with training athletes, we incorporate mobility, strength work, speed development and conditioning into one class. Each session is programmed specifically to so you can take your fitness to the next level!
This class is best suited to people with a background in functional training. You can expect a combination of pulling, lifting, swinging, sprinting using equipment including TRX, Medicine Balls, Weights, Barbells, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Battleropes and Dumbbells. This workout will develop your all-important body core, you’ll also burn fat at an amazing rate and exercise your cardiovascular system.
