Intermediate-Advanced Levels of fitness
Our signature bootcamp offers an energetic, full body, dynamic workout using a combination of proven methods of training designed to increase your stamina, cardiovascular capacity and your strength. Incorporating fast-paced power and bodyweight movements, interval running on inclines such as stairs and hills with the use of our signature resistance bands. Get results and improve your fitness fast with this mood boosting workout and be pushed to the MAX. We want you to have tons of fun, but please be prepared for some high intensity training!
Advanced Level of Fitness
Blast your fitness level through the roof! This fast moving, dynamic class is designed to challenge individuals of an advanced fitness level, who are competent in fundamental movement patterns. No regressions, no excuses, just hardcore passion for training. This class is great for developing sports fitness and bringing out the competitiveness in you as the work to rest ratio is designed to achieve the optimum bang for your buck! Bottom line, you will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds every time. Come prepared to breath hard and get super fit!
Beginner- Intermediate Levels of fitness
FIT is an energising, effective, challenging and fun session. It's gentle enough for those beginning a fitness programme, but because of progressions in the class, those who like more of a challenge have that option as well. Bodyweight exercises will be incorporated to target overall strength and core conditioning, functional interval training, mixed with calisthenics and cardio training. These classes are designed to be different all the time and push you harder than you would yourselves but it's our goal to offer encouragement and not intimidation. A class where everyone can progress at their own level.
All Levels of Fitness
No bands, no ropes, no excuses…and no limits to what to the fitness levels you can achieve by harnessing the strength and power of your own body. F.I.T BODYWEIGHT classes include full body mobility drills, hip and glute strengthening work plus core exercises and movements adapted from Pilates and Yoga right through to Military style circuits.

An fun outdoor Bootcamp on Sentosa Cove which allows you to get the benefits from both styles by focusing on two styles of workouts, boxing and bootcamp.
