Charlotte's transition into fitness and ultimately to become a PT began when she was training to become an actress. As an actress she constantly had to maintain an understanding with her body through movement, dance and the Alexander Technique. Through this Charlotte discovered a love of fitness that has transitioned from a hobby to becoming a full time passion and a career.

Before moving to Singapore, Charlotte trained and worked in the UK and had a very loyal client base, running one on one PT sessions as well as bootcamps. Charlotte has a huge love of the outdoors and often likes to draw upon it when taking sessions.. Particular interests lie in conditioning, strength and movement, drawing as well from experience in her own particular loves in fitness, yoga and pilates.
